  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

- Good knowledge of working practices of the kitchen. Able to work side by side with the kitchen team .
- Able to contribute independently as well as contributing as a team player in increasing sales revenue and food quality.
- Possess at least 2-3 years of work experience in an established bakery or similar work environment.
- Junior diploma holder who is passionate to become a pastry chef in future is welcomed to apply.
- Education: Min diploma in culinary art is welcome.. Those without a Diploma with at least 3-5 years of work experience in related fields will also be considered.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION

- Prepares orders according to recipes and plate presentation standards. Write down new recipes for reference
- Knows how to operate kitchen equipment.
- Maintains all operating items in good working order and also ensure sufficient material for the daily business of the restaurant.
- Assists with controlling the food cost by following standard portioning and portion control.
- Prepares daily mise-en-place according to established checklists and cover forecasts.
- Liaises closely with the front leaders and other kitchen colleagues to ensure all orders for one table go out at the same time.
- Checks all orders for presentation, correctness before they are picked up.
- Ensures orders are picked up as soon as they are ready.
- Preparation of all kinds of dough, moldings and baking of bread, rolls, cakes, pies, desserts and other kinds of bread.
- Decorating and apportioning of desserts in presentations.
- Prepares all ingredients for baking, measures and mixes according to recipe, bakes cakes and cuts and ices cakes as required plus any other ad hoc job assignments related to the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
