SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PROPOSAL (QS)

Job Description Responsible for preliminary design drawing, quantity take-off, develop project scope definition and preparing bills of quantity with initial cost estimation for tenders and proposals. Analyze, evaluate and negotiate supplier/sub-contractor quotation for forming base cost of tender. Assist in preparation of tender documentation including method statements, work programme, schedule of rates and resources chart. Prepare and develop tender costing database of unit rates for typical materials and equipment's. To liaise with local authorities, consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers and principals in relation to tender requirements. Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics or a related field from a recognized institution. 2 years to 5 years of working experience in electrical works. Pre-contract experience in water industry would be an advantage. Able to take off quantity, prepare bills of quantity and do estimation cost for tenders & proposal in electrical works related to water industry. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good personality and communication skill.
