Job Descriptions: • Execute the full life cycle of recruitment that will include developing specific strategies, direct sourcing and candidate interviewing. • Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs. • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels & social media. • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. • Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate. • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on HR information system. • Work closely with various leaders to meet recruitment needs. • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. • Successful candidates can expect to work with dynamic team members within a fast-moving environment. Job Requirements: • Have prior experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capacity. • Able to manage clear communications and collaborative in nature. • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously. • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks. • Resourceful in searching for potential candidates with the right skills. • Able to work under challenging/fast pace environment.
