Maintaining close follow-up on telesales, procurements and quotations. Responsible to build network and develop agent business customer. 1 Cold Call / Telemarketing 2 Quotation / RFQ & CRM update 3 New Account Secured 4 Sales Lead 5 Customer Listing 6 Rates Guidelines Update / Promotion / Flyers 7 Procurement 8 Handover and Cost Assessment 9 Assist Salesman 10 Credit Control & Ageing 11 Target RM new revenue 12 Reports 13 Email Correspondence 14 Troubleshooting 15 Agent SOP 16 Others - assisting CS / OPS Knowledge and Skill Requirement • Education/Experience: Diploma, Degree or equivalent in any field with at least 1 years of relevant experience in shipping / logistics industry preferably from freight forwarder environment. • Demonstrate customer service focus, sales oriented and good selling skills • Strong PC knowledge, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook required. • Proactive, self-starter, self-Management, organized, hardworking, result and customer oriented. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to do presentations & written in English • Committed, trustworthy, reliable, disciplined, dedicated, able to adapt and work in a challenging business environment. • Able to work independently, multitasking and under pressure with minimum supervision.
