Sales Manager – Commercial & Residential. The position will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the Company by leading the sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless service experience across both commercial and residential markets. The role demands a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong leadership, sales expertise, and an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems. Through effective team management and strategic planning, the Sales Manager will contribute to achieving the company’s overall goals. Qualifications: Educational Background: - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Additional certifications in sales management or HVAC-related fields are a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC, air conditioning, or related service industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience working with both commercial and residential clients, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of air conditioning products, services, and industry trends is highly advantageous. Skills: 1. Sales Expertise: Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, manage a team, and drive business growth. 2. Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. 3. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve profitable outcomes while meeting customer needs. 4. Customer-Centric: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and understand client needs. 5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, the sales team, and senior management. 6. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and find solutions to challenges faced by the sales team or clients. 7. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
