Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean and visually appealing store by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and arranging displays.
• Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve the shopping experience and share insights with management.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
