  • Job Responsibilities:
  • - Handle accounts receivables and account payables-
  • - Follow up with Suppliers for new purchases
  • - Prepare reports for client based on completed jobs
  • - Handle correspondence with customers/suppliers and authorities/3rd
parties
  • - General office administration works such as handling petty cash, accurate
documents filing, keep record and etc
  • - Assist in payroll and double check sales claims
  • - Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with company
policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Able to Handle Eperolehan Govt Portal.

  • Job Requirements:
  • - Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • - Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • - Hardworking and self-motivated
  • - Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • - Good command on written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • - Ability to multitask, put attention to detail and high level of accuracy
