  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Content Developer

Location: Shah Alam
Tenure: 2-year contract (renewable basis)
Working Hours:

  • Training (First 2 weeks): 5 PM - 2 AM, After Training: 7 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Salaryy RM 2800 – RM 3200

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and correct technical articles for various products across multiple platforms and operating systems, ensuring adherence to industry and organizational standards.
  • Manage the Knowledge Base by revising existing articles for clarity, grammar, and accuracy, incorporating updates from new software releases, service packs, and patches.
  • Optimize content for SEO while maintaining quality and relevance, identifying outdated content for archiving.
  • Collaborate with the ESS – OSR Documentation team to address user feedback and initiate necessary document remediation.
  • Produce and edit instructive videos based on technical articles to enhance user understanding.

Job Requirements:

  • Adherence to organizational standard operating procedures and processes while maintaining a high degree of efficiency.
  • A Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in fields such as Journalism, Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent grammar and editing skills.
  • Experience in technical writing or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
