On a given day, you will:
- Orchestrate the daily operations of our Cyberjaya HQ cafeteria, ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment
- Collaborate with local caterers to design exciting, nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
- Manage budgets and inventory with precision, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality
- Lead and inspire a team of support staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service
- Recruit, evaluate, and onboard caterers while negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality service and compliance with agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy eating habits among employees
- Conduct quality audits and maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Analyse data and gather feedback to continuously improve our food and beverage offerings

We would love to work with you if you:
- Have a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management (F&B), or a related field
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Possess strong leadership skills and can motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments
- Have a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, cost control, and industry regulations
