  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Process Associate - Korean Speaker (January 2025)

Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: RM9,000

Job Description:

Handle pre- and post-online booking inquiries, general inquiries, escalations, and booking amendments/cancellations.

Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations in accuracy and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and SLA standards.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Communicate effectively through various channels and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:

Non-native: TOPIK Level 5 or above

Native: Diploma or equivalent qualification

Language proficiency in English and Korean

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—comprehensive training is provided!

Available to work rotational shifts (9 hours/day, including 1-hour break).

Working Days:

5days per week (including weekends).
