We are opening a vacancy for someone who is responsible for shaping and maintaining SW Food Group’s public image, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and managing public relations, media relations, corporate events, and stakeholder engagement. This role aims to enhance SW Food Group’s reputation and support its corporate social responsibility efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media
- -Oversee the management of SW Food Group’s website and social media platforms to ensure consistent brand image and messaging -Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers -Oversee and manage media inquiries and requests for information, ensuring accurate and timely responses -Plan and execute public relations campaigns to promote positive stories about SW Food Group -Manage relationships with PR agencies (if applicable) to maximise media coverage -Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels -Oversee the development and maintenance of branding materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral -Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to address potential reputational risks -Act as a spokesperson during crises, providing clear and accurate information to the media and stakeholders
Corporate Events
- -Manage SW Food Group’s participation in industry events, conferences, and awards recognition programs -Develop and execute Stakeholder Engagement & Communication activities to enhance relationships with key stakeholders -Communicate with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing information about the company's values and activities -Implement community relations initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to support corporate social responsibility efforts
Internal Communications
- -Oversee and manage the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about company initiatives, values, and achievements
Others
- -Monitor media coverage and industry trends to stay informed about public perception -Collaborate with Legal and Senior Leadership to manage crisis communication effectively
