Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Membership Services Executive to join the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners in Kota Damansara. This on-site position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is committed to enhancing member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- -Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. -Process new memberships, renewals, and updates to member information. -Develop and implement member engagement initiatives, including events and communications. -Maintain accurate membership records and reports using our database system. -Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and materials that benefit our members. -Assist in the planning and execution of membership events and programs. -Gather feedback from members to inform service improvements and initiatives.
