Responsibility
- Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat support channels.
- Filter content from the client's website.
- Perform data and research functions.
- Provide support using basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
- Document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.
- Strive for good customer satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure all calls are handled professionally based on the client's quality guidelines.
- Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM (either pass or fail)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Mandarin speaking and typing are required as Teammates will be supporting Taiwanese customers
- Basic English skills are required
- Shifts: Day shift in between 10 am -10 pm only, 5 days per week, 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
- Salary: Basic: RM 4000 - 4500 based on working experience and interview performance + 1 month contract completion bonus
- Holiday pay, OT will be provided
