- -Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings. -Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future growth. -Generate leads consistently, establish and nurture client relationships. -Research customer / market needs and identify how our events and services can address them. -Create, execute and monitor a personal sales plan that supports the Event’s overall objectives, this includes an extensive client prospect list, monthly targets and forecasts, and customer feedbacks. -Conduct regular discussion and alignment meetings with the Project team; submit month-end and post-event reports. -Meet with potential clients, supporting partner associations, government agencies and embassy trade & commercial offices and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and objectives. -Build industry data through research, trade show visits and partnerships with major stakeholders to expand customer base. -Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients. -Perform other duties as needed in the true spirit of Teamwork.
