We are seeking a highly-skilled, organized procurement specialist to join our growing company. In this position, you will manage the company's supply of products, materials and/or services. In order to strategize with team members to cut procurement expenses, strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must.
- -To source, negotiate, close order with supplier/manufacturer and expedite delivery -To undertake and review the existing procurement processes and implement continuous improvements where necessary to ensure costs are monitored, reviewed and controlled within company’s budgetary constraints -Liaise with the Production/Warehouse dept to ensure all products that arrived are in good condition and as per schedule. -Re-planning and reschedule if have emergency shortage usage. -To ensure that incoming raw materials and packing materials meet the required standards -Ensure purchase in competitive price and continuous cost down -Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- -Preferably a degree in business or procurement related study. -Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Purchasing -Self-motivated, detailed orientated, highly organized, meticulous and committed to meet deadlines -Process & methodology oriented -Independent, curious, pro active -Strong analytical skills (e.g., ability to evaluate pricing scenarios, make vs. buy decisions, quality vs. cost, etc) -Strong communication skills (Oral & written) / ability to work in a global cross-functional environment -Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
