C&S SUPERVISOR

Job requirements • Must have Diploma/ Bachelor in civil engineering or relevant field of study • Possess own transport • 2-3 years of experience as supervisor for construction projects • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Able to work under pressure and willing to learn new things • Possess excellent problem-solving skills along with fine attention to details and quality • Must have valid CIDB • Able to work overtime if required to Job Description: * Manage construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines * Performe regular inspections of the construction site * Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly * Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment * Organizing work schedules and liase with Project Manager * Ensure work techniques are correct and safe * Manage orders and deliveries of building materials * Assist Project Manager and Engineers with planning work activities * Complete site reports and other records * Attend site management meetings
