Plantation Controller

Job Description; • Experienced Estate Manager for managing 2,000 - 4,000 acres of planted oil palm land. • Experienced in the palm oil industry with a minimum of 10 years proven track record, preferably in hilly terrains. • Knowledge in replanting and immature crops. • Well-versed with MSPO requirements • Willing to relocate to a remote area. • Dynamic person with initiative, independence and the ability to work in challenging environments. • Strong leadership, people management and good organisation skills. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or equivalent. • Tertiary qualification in Plantations, Agricultural Science, or related field of study • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Good working knowledge of ISO 5001 and MSPO requirements. • Willing to travel and work irregular hours. • Possess a high level of independence, integrity, self-motivation, result-oriented and the drive to excel. • Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
