- Job Responsibilities:
- Research, plan and create content for company internal and external communications platforms including intranet articles, info slides, videos, and social media.
- Assist in the daily support of internal communication platforms including the intranet, SharePoint, and internal Digital Signage.
- Support the development and execution of CSR activities.
- Translations of news and documents (Eng/BM).
- Assist in department administrative activities.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Internship period of 4-6 months
- Pursuing Mass Communication / Communication Studies / or related degree
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to do English-BM / BM-English translations (non-technical texts)
- Creative and resourceful in generating informative, interesting and relevant content for employees
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills – Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Additional related-software knowledge is a bonus (e.g. Canva, AdobeDesign)
- Bonus: Basic photography skills
