About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Trainer Lead to manage our team of Sales Trainers and drive the development and execution of high-impact training programs for our digital marketing project, focusing on the Mainland China market. As a Training Lead, you will ensure effective collaboration between Sales Trainers and Quality Assurance, contribute to course development, and oversee the quality and effectiveness of all training environments. This role requires expertise in digital marketing and strong leadership skills to guide the training team in achieving overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Sales Trainers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the successful execution of training programs.
- Training Program Development: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of high-level training projects, ensuring they align with project goals and meet the needs of the sales team.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Ensure that the collaboration between Sales Trainers and the Quality Assurance team is effective and contributes to the project's success. Use insights from QA, Operation team and other cross-functional team to continuously improve training programs.
- Course Development: Serve as a subject matter expert in developing new courses, particularly in digital marketing, search engine marketing and social media marketing.
- Learning Environment Monitoring: Regularly assess the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment, including classrooms, courseware, curriculum, and instructor readiness. Implement improvements as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
- Master Course Facilitation: Master course content and procedures and facilitate training sessions using a blended learning approach (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Instructor Preparation: Prepare internal faculty members (eg: Sales Trainers or SME’s on the floor) to conduct training sessions, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver effective training.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate these into training programs to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in training and development, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing training teams is required.
- Areas of Expertise: Deep knowledge in digital marketing, search engine marketing, and social media marketing.
- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Preferred Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are highly desirable.
