We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with a strong background in banking domain implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, particularly within retail banking or other banking sectors. This role involves working closely with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement the Sales and Service modules to optimize customer relationship management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects within banking environments.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Customize and configure the Sales and Service modules to align with business processes.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM development and integration with banking systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions tailored to the banking domain.
  • Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation within the banking industry, particularly retail banking.
