  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
  • Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both the SharePoint database and payroll system.
  • Coordinate employee announcements, including introductions for new hires and recognitions for departing employees.
  • Provide support in conducting exit interviews as needed.
  • Oversee staff attendance records and the e-Leave management system.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.
  • Able to speak fluent Mandarin and basic English.
  • Capable of following up and solving problems effectively.
