- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
- Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both the SharePoint database and payroll system.
- Coordinate employee announcements, including introductions for new hires and recognitions for departing employees.
- Provide support in conducting exit interviews as needed.
- Oversee staff attendance records and the e-Leave management system.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin and basic English.
- Capable of following up and solving problems effectively.
