Key Responsibilities:Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.

Employee Relations (ER)

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in HR with a focus on recruitment, training, and IR/FW/ER management.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
