As an Area Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and oversee multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and consistent quality standards.

About the role:

As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of three outlets located in Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, and Ipoh. You will provide leadership to outlet managers, ensuring smooth daily operations, outstanding customer service, and achievement of business targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment and has a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Operational Oversight: Supervise and ensure seamless daily operations across all three outlets, maintaining compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations while consistently monitoring performance metrics such as sales, costs, and customer satisfaction.

· Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to outlet managers and their teams by mentoring, coaching, and fostering a positive working environment, addressing any staff-related issues, and promoting teamwork to achieve operational excellence.

· Customer Service Excellence: Uphold and enhance customer service standards across outlets by addressing inquiries, resolving feedback and complaints efficiently, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

· Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee budget planning and implementation, optimize inventory management processes to ensure adequate stock levels, minimize wastage, and maintain profitability targets.

· Training & Staff Development: Identify skill gaps, design and implement effective training programs, and ensure all team members are well-equipped with knowledge of company policies, operational procedures, and menu offerings.

· Reporting & Strategic Communication: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on outlet performance, including sales and operational metrics, while ensuring clear and effective communication between outlet managers and senior management to align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple outlets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management, including inventory control and cost management.
  • Flexibility to travel between outlets in Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, and Ipoh.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
