Role Overview:
As the Art Director, you will lead the creative vision for all marketing, events, and visual merchandising (VM) projects. You will oversee the Digital Designer and collaborate with marketing, events, and external partners to ensure all creative outputs align with our brand aesthetics and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the creative direction for all visual content, including digital assets, campaigns, events, and festive visual merchandising (VM).
- Lead and manage the Digital Designer, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to conceptualize and execute visually impactful campaigns and activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, maintaining our brand positioning.
- Supervise the design process, including ideation, storyboarding, concept development, and final execution.
- Oversee festive VM concepts and execution, ensuring captivating seasonal visuals that engage visitors and reflect our brand values.
- Manage external creative partners, including agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals.
- Stay ahead of creative trends, design technologies, and entertainment industry aesthetics to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and hands-on design work, including digital, print, and VM projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma.
- Experience in managing designers and external creative partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong sense of branding and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- VM setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
