Job Description:

Recruit new students for the education institution by implementing the sales & marketing strategies.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Propose and execute promotional activities, and branding strategies.
Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results to management.
Identifying potential new markets and new clients to increase business opportunities.
To provide after sales service and problem solving for clients.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
Building and maintaining good rapport with clients.
Ensuring brand awareness and profitability.
Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities
Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
To execute ad-hoc tasks and assist in daily operation of the education institution.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM / IGCSE, STPM / A-Level, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
Excellent organization skills, problem solving skills and communications skills.
Prefer candidates who are hardworking, a self-starter, and proactive in work.
Able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Canva is a plus.
Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
5.5 day work
Possess own transport and willing to travel to Sri Petaling.
