JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure a welcoming work environment and seamless day-to-day operations of the office and hostel.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies, pantry items, and IT equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visas, hotels, transfers, and travel itineraries.
- Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items after meetings.
- Assist in organizing company events, lunches, meetings, and training sessions.
- Perform various office and hostel administration tasks efficiently.
- Oversee and monitor the office environment and equipment, ensuring a proactive approach to address potential issues.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to emails, texts, and phone calls, even outside normal business hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent;
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working attitude and responsiveness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
