Job Objective:
- -Support customers, address enquiries and facilitate transactions to cater to customers’ needs (process sales orders)
Core Responsibilities:
- -Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries -Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Account, Quality Assurance) -Update customers of the status of shipments, monitor their credit terms and assist with the collection of payments -Receive all customer-supplied items delivered to the plant, and arrange delivery or self-collection of products -Plan material schedule for key private label customers -Prepare costing, quotations and administrative duties of the Business Development department -Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders -Analyze customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Business Development Manager on follow-up actions -Assist Senior Business Development Executive in managing and developing identity and related marketing collaterals of in-house brands -Manage SAP B1 system and update relevant information (product codes, orders) for production and operations
