Designation: Trading Manager

Location : Kg Subang baru

Nature of Business : MNc Company that specialised in world’s first patented technology to recycle palm kernel shells generated in the production of palm seed oil to produce single layer graphene and artificial graphite

Key Responsibilities:

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, brokers, and internal teams.
•  Conduct market analysis to identify trading opportunities, execute buy and sell transactions for physical commodities, and build a network of suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
•  Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and pricing with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.
•  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, particularly in relation to commodity trading, logistics, and financial reporting.
•  Monitor and manage the entire trade process, including procurement, logistics, delivery, and payment cycles, to ensure smooth operations.
•  Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations to meet business goals and fulfill trade commitments.
•  Track market trends, commodity prices, and geopolitical developments to assess trading strategies and market risk.
•  Implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with physical trading, including price volatility, supply chain disruptions, and credit risk.
•  Handle import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.

Requirements:

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•  A minimum of 3-5 years in commodities trading, or related industries preferably in palm kernel shell, carbon, graphite or any other related commodities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
