- Train and supervise new production line workers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.

- SPM, Diploma, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of production line experience in a related industry.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
