Clerk of Works

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors.

• Check progress, materials on site and related item.

• Issue site memo, non-conformance report and documentation.

• Effectively monitor work progress in all areas with a special focus on EW and ground improvement.

• Work as well as working to specifications set at the worksite.

• Inspect and monitor that work is carried out as per standard, specification, and schedule.

• Identifying, monitoring, and resolving defect through regular and through inspections, minimizing rework.

• Ensure that work at the site is effectively coordinated.

• Liaise with project team member, including contractors, sub-contractors and authorities on all site matters and interfacing works.

• Report to project Resident Engineer.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Possess at least 3 years(s) of working experience in EW & Ground Improvement work.

• Knowledge of health, safety, security, and environment on site.

• Contract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
