Job Description:

  • Manage recruitment (job posting, resume screening, interviewing and onboarding employee).
  • Manage CIDB training courses and personnel card arrangement.
  • Ensure insurance (staffs and company vehicles) are renewed in a timely manner and in accordance with Company's policy.
  • Update HR policy and procedures, employee handbook to keep on validated.
  • Dealing with government agencies over regulatory approvals and other relevant permits/ license relating to business.
  • Undertake ad-hocs task.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Familiarity with CIDB training arrangements and compliance requirements.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate and collaborate with the management team in China.

Salary range: RM6500-RM7500.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
