To plan, direct and oversee the operations of the restaurant to ensure operation smoothness.
To lead the work of all employees under your supervision to ensure that all guests will have a truly delightful dining experience at Oversea restaurant.
To enforce and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of all employees and other resources within the restaurant to provide quality service in a clean and safe environment.
Manage the overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the restaurant.
Enforcing and enhancing all desired cultures, guiding principles and values of the company that are consistent and emphasize our objective to build lifetime customers from generations to generations.
Comply and enforce all operations processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
Make business and operational decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
Lead, coach, supervise, train and develop employees, including overseeing new employee onboarding, to meet the company’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
Review and advise the allocation and maintenance of restaurant assets to ensure sufficiency and proper functioning.
Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.
