  • Comply and enforce all operations processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Make business and operational decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
  • Lead, coach, supervise, train and develop employees, including overseeing new employee onboarding, to meet the company’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
  • Review and advise the allocation and maintenance of restaurant assets to ensure sufficiency and proper functioning.
  • Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
