Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the brand's objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify brand opportunities and target audiences.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Create long-term and short-term brand plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns meet client requirements.
  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept development to execution, while adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 3-8 years of working experience in an advertising agency.
  • Excellent understanding of digital ad agency workflows and processes.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Strong organization skills to manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skill to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during projects.
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and contractors.
  • Experience in digital ad agencies is a must.
