- Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
- Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty

- Able to work in rotational shift basis 24/7, only one shift per day
- One shift is 9 hours including 1 hour meal break.
- Working 5 days a week
- Speak, read and write fluent Mandarin & English
