Logistics Operations Executive

Company Overview

The company is a Singapore based company, offering a one-stop total logistics solutions.

Its expertise includes - Airfreight & Seafreight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance and Warehousing.

Responsibilities:

· Declaration for Import & Export ( K1,K2,K3,K4,K8,K9,ZB1,ZB2)

· Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.

· Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.

· Monitor and update containers through the port system

· Experienced in EDI, Dagang Net and Port VGM submission

· Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry.

· Provide timely report and appropriate analysis

· Ensure proper documentation filling and system update

· Handle any task assigned by immediate superior or company management from time to time

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ transportation or equivalent.

· At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in logistics.

· Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

· Possess problem solving skills

· Meticulous and able to multi-task

· Familiar with customs declaration

· Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.

· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)

· Willing to work half day on Saturday

· Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
