AIRSCREAM UK is seeking a creative and talented Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media and Digital Marketing executive, you will be responsible for growing our company brand, products, and services presence on digital channels. Your digital campaigns will be pivotal to the optimization of our marketing campaigns, promotion and to drive audience engagement and growth.

Job Description:

• Design and maintain company brand and product social media presence.

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, web, database marketing, social media and any online display advertisements.

• Monitor, measure, and report traffic performance and online enquiries of social and digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness

• Create connection and interactions social media contents, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and others.

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing, KOL marketing and email marketing.

• Update relevant content on our website from time to time.

• Acquire insights for online marketing trends and keep all digital strategies up-to-date.

• Assist in other marketing initiatives, promotions, events, roadshows, etc. when required

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates. Incorporate current trends and features to keep our social media content fresh and relevant.

• Participate in A/B testing of campaigns as required by digital platforms.

• Be open to constructive feedback and continuously seek ways to improve design skills, incorporating feedback into future projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / mass communication / digital marketing or international business or any related field.

• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of social and digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.

• Innovative, creative, and fast thinker.

• Proven work experience as a digital marketeer, specifically for product and conversion marketing.

• Proficient in B2C social media, Google Adwords, and understand web analytics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends, platform changes, and business needs.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet datelines.

• A genuine interest in content, brand, and product marketing.

• Having a strong and active social media account with substantial followers will be an added advantage.

• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
