Maintenance Technician

Technician working in Maintenance department. 1. Ensure all equipment are appropriately maintained to ensure non-interruption to the production lines in fulfilling the sales order. 2. Provide support to Operation to ensure all equipment are smoothly conditions. 3. Deliver the tasks and assignment as instructed by superior and/or Department Manager. 4. Ensure all equipment are always inspected and maintained in good working condition. 5. Assist engineers and maintenance supervisor to assemble, test and maintain all equipment. 6. Ensure root cause of each repair is learned and preventive measures are applied and monitored for a comfortable period. 7. Ensure each repair are done in shortest possible time. 8. Learn the right troubleshooting methodology when dealing with complex machine. 9. Execute Preventive Maintenance activities carried out for all machines on regular basis, as per PM Master Plan. 10. Ensure the spare parts room are diligently organized and kept clean. 11. Maintain 6S for workplace at all time. 12. Ensure work order is closed in timely manner. Requirements: 1. Experience working in manufacturing environment. 2. Technical /industrial certificate or diploma from technical institution. 3. Possess technical knowledge in electrical/mechanical/pneumatic system. 4. Able to use Microsoft Word / Excel / computerized maintenance system. 5. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations 6. Strong communication skills.
