Senior Software Developer (Flutter)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Ensure that applications are user-friendly, responsive, and performant across diVerent devices and platforms. • UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to implement user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive. Ensure that applications provide a seamless user experience. • Backend Integration: Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs. Ensure that data is securely transmitted and stored, and that applications function smoothly with server-side components. • Code Quality: Write clean and maintainable code. Follow best practices for version control using Git, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. • Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to identify and resolve issues in the codebase. Work closely with testers to ensure that applications meet quality standards. • Collaboration: Collaborate with system analysts, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of mobile applications, including memory usage, battery consumption, and load times. Implement best practices to enhance the overall performance of applications. • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development and the Flutter ecosystem. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart development. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms. Experience with RESTful API integration and backend services. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
