Executive Research & Development (R&D) Bi-Lingual Indonesian

Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to lead our Research and Development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all R&D activities, driving innovation, and ensuring the development of new products and technologies that align with our company's strategic goals. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement R&D strategies and initiatives. • Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization. • Oversee the research and development team, providing guidance and support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production. • Conduct research and analysis to identify new product development opportunities. • Manage and oversee the entire product development lifecycle. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions. • Create and manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the viability of new product ideas. • Coordinate and participate in product testing and validation activities to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards. • Prepare and present reports and presentations on research findings, project progress, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: • A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, business administration). • Extensive experience in a leadership role within R&D or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering successful R&D projects.
