The Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the construction site office, maintaining effective client relationships, assisting the Project Manager with daily tasks, and coordinating vendor registration.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Work:
- Manage the site office, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Client Relationship:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the project team.
Assisting the Project Manager:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily activities.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress and deadlines.
Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate the registration and onboarding of vendors.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
