Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including managing Employment Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR administration and etc.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment activity and process including job posting and conduct orientation to meet the needs of company.
- Implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
- Execute the performance management.
- Identify training and development needs within an organisation thriguh job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Managing the HRDC claim.
- Handling the employee’s disciplinary issue, grievances, prepare disciplinary letter and related process.
- Administer and manage employee insurance plans, insurance and SOCSO claim.
- Support the operations team for employees particular from time to time.
- Prepare and analyse the HR reports.
- Upkeep employee personal file.
Pre-requisites:
- Possess a Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in HR generalist role and able to handle full HR functional role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office.
- Possess strong analytical skill and the ability to think strategically.
- Proactive working attitude with ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
