Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships for cleanroom contamination control solutions. This includes selling cleanroom laundry services, garments, disinfectants, clean-in-place (CIP), wipes, mopping systems, and associated consumable products. The role demands proactive engagement in identifying opportunities, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets within industries like pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
* Identify and develop new customer accounts.
* Conduct client meetings, understand customer needs, and propose tailored solutions.
* Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
2. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
* Execute sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Present products effectively to prospective and existing customers through meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
* Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and service agreements to secure sales.
3. Market Development & Product Knowledge:
* Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Stay updated on product advancements and industry requirements.
* Provide product demonstrations and technical details to assist customers in decision-making.
4. Order Fulfillment & Coordination:
* Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory requirements.
5. Payment & Account Management:
* Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
* Maintain accurate records of client accounts.
6. Collaboration & Reporting:
* Partner with the marketing and technical teams to deliver optimal client solutions.
* Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analyses, and market insights.
* Participate in exhibitions, training, and company events to enhance brand presence and knowledge.
Job Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree in Science, or a related field.
* Proven sales experience (1-3 years) in a similar or related role.
* Strong understanding of cleanroom environments and contamination control products is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to travel for business needs.
* Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
