Job – Objective :-
- Warmly greets and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
- Practice suggestive selling and accurately takes guests orders.
- Responsible for setting-up and handling work station(s) assigned for the day.
- Responsible for keeping restaurant clean and tidy all the time.
- Offer professional and courteous service to our guests.
- Provide uncompromising services to guests in accordance to the quality standards.
- Be attentive to guests’ needs and constantly ensure that guests’ orders are being fulfilled correctly.
- Ensures all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the guests left the restaurant.
- Practices work and service standards and food preparation procedure that are in compliance with the Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines.
- Attend to guests’ queries, feedback and complaint timely & professionally.
- Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and other products & services served/provided by the Restaurant.
- Responsible for setting-up and handling work station(s) assigned for the day.
- Prepare food orders according to the standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specification as set by the company.
- Ensure all kitchen equipments are well maintained at all time.
- Ensure proper kitchen equipments are used to prepare food orders.
- Ensure all stocks and ingredients are restocks/sufficient throughout shift(s).
- Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques.
Required to :-
- Candidate must possess at least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh school leavers who have passion in Food & Beverages Industry are welcome.
- Ability to communicate in English and maintain good relationship with diverse customers.
- A good team player to maintain good working relationship amongst staff in the Restaurant.
- Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
- Pleasant, polite manner, neat and clean appearance.
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
- Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene and neatly attired.
- Energetic, cheerful, friendly and hardworking.
- Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
- Require to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM8.00 - RM12.00 per hour
