Responsibilities:
You are required to perform these job functions:
· Assist in the inspection and verification of incoming food and beverage deliveries to ensure compliance with quality standards, freshness, and specifications.
· Help conduct regular checks and audits of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and service areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Assist in collecting all date for daily report.
· Assist in monitoring and recording temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions to ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items.
· Assist in conducting sensory evaluations, taste tests, and visual inspections of food and beverage products to assess quality, flavor, appearance, and consistency.
· Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and logs of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
· Participate in training sessions and workshops on food safety, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures to enhance knowledge and skills.
· Assist in investigating customer complaints, incidents, or deviations from quality standards, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
· Support the Quality Control team in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and process optimization projects.
· Follow all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality assurance.
· Support investigations into hygiene standards and non-compliance to quality standards.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in food safety, quality assurance, or related fields is preferred.
· Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in quality control or food safety roles, is advantageous.
· Basic knowledge of food safety principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
