Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Support promotions and upselling efforts.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Location: Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL( Halal Restaurant)
Staff meals and hostel are provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
