1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. 2. Ensure job descriptions are up to date 3. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities 4. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution 5. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently 6. Maintain HR systems and processes 7. Prepare necessary documentation for submission to Fwcms, immigration and KDN. 8. Maintain employment records of local workers and Personal Details of foreign workers. 9. Prepare necessary documentation for new apply foreign workers and submission to all concern departments in local or oversea. 10. Review notes of interviews of local workers and make recommendations for acceptance or rejection. 11. Declare foreign workers at airport. 12. Prepare necessary documentations for submission JTK & JTK’s Officer for Inspection Workers Hostels and interview the workers. 13. Prepare necessary documentations for submission upon new joint foreign worker to labour office. 14. Monitoring Passport and Work Permit. 15. Apply and claim HRDF 16. Check and submit foreign workers' insurance coverage. 17. Check and submit SOCSO claim, insurance claim, annual medical check-up, work permit and etc. 18. In charge All Level’s Payroll. 19. Ensure ISO & GRS implementation. 20. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by Management. 21. Awareness Of Quality Objectives, risk, and their controls 22.
