  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

-Handle documentation on conveyancing for Sale and Purchase Agreements from Developer, Consumer and Commercial banking, Sub-sales, Perfection and all other related.
-Attend to loan documentation in respect of consumer, corporate and commercial banking.
-Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation including project/subsale work from the initial stage till the completion stage.
-Attend to clients, various government authorities, bankers, agents or any correspondences.

- 2-3 years relevant experience.

- Meticulous and excellent drafting skills.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Must be able to handle files and attend client independently.
- Strong work ethics.
- Attractive remuneration will be offered for qualified candidates.
- An applicant who is available immediately or within a short notice will be an added advantage.
- Be well-organized, responsible and able to multitask
- Able to work under pressure and complete assigned work
within deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
