- Attend to customers at the front desk
- Close sales leads and ads
- Follow up with customers post-treatment
- Call existing customers following promo broadcasts
- Manage customer bookings using Aoikumo system
- Handle daily social media updates and stories
- Reply to customer messages (WA, FB, TikTok, IG)
- Conduct live sessions
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Aoikumo system
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
