Job Descriptions
· Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer. general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
· Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
· Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
· Proficient in computer typing skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Good computer literacy.
· Rotational Shift- 24 Hours - (Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
· Available allowances - 6 days allowance, Night shift allowance, KPI, OT.
· Shuttle Services Provided * From -Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini.
