About the department

This role reports to the Professional Area Sales Manager (Klang Valley).

The position
As a Professional Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving market share growth within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and diagnose the market to develop and execute an effective territory plan.
  • Build strong, effective relationships with customers, providing them with detailed information about our products, devices, and indications.
  • Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with customers to meet their needs.
  • Actively participate in regional meetings, national conferences, and other professional engagements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) teams to optimize sales outcomes for Novo Nordisk products.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, particularly in the Klang Valley general practitioner (GP) and/or aesthetic sector.
  • Familiarity with chronic diseases and non-insured therapeutic areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Positive, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with excellent networking skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
